Description The Washington State Department of Ecology proposes to enter into an Agreed Order with the Colfax Grange Supply Company, Inc., CHS, Inc., and Time Oil Co. These companies are identified as the potentially liable persons (PLPs) responsible for cleaning up the site-related petroleum contamination.
