Description The Department of Ecology is proposing to amend the Model Toxics Control Act Cleanup Regulation. This rulemaking will update and clarify the policies and procedures for establishing cleanup levels for mixtures of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/polychlorinated dibenzofurans, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH's) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB'S).
