This rulemaking will update and clarify the policies and procedures for establishing cleanup levels for mixtures of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/polychlorinated dibenzofurans, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH's) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB'S). | ||||
