Description The Final Intended Use Plan (IUP) describes how the state of Washington plans to use the monies available to the Washington State Pollution Control Revolving Fund (SRF) during state fiscal year 2008 (FY 2008). Low interest loans will fund high priority water quality projects that will protect and improve the water quality in Washington statewide.
