| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is amending Chapter 173-545 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC), Water Resources Program for the Wenatchee River Basin, Water Resources Inventory Area (WRIA) 45. The objective of this Small Business Economic Impact Statement (SBEIS) is to identify and evaluate the various requirements and costs that the proposed amendment might impose on business. In particular, the SBEIS examines whether the costs on businesses from the proposed rule impose a disproportionate impact on the state’s small businesses. The Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 19.85.040 describes the specific purpose and required contents of an SBEIS. | ||||
