Description Funding is available to help make your water use more efficient. Beginning October 1, 2007, interested applicants can start the application process to get grant money for water storage and conservation projects. Projects of any size will be considered.
The grant money is available through the Columbia River Water Supply Development Account. This Account was established in 2006 to fund storage and conservation projects and studies
