Description This report contains the results of an on-site inspection performed on May 24, 2007, and a
subsequent safety evaluation of the Meadow Lake Dam performed by the Dam Safety Office of the Department of Ecology.

Meadow Lake Dam is located approximately one mile southwest of the town of Malaga, and seven
miles southeast of Wenatchee in Chelan County. The earthfill dam has a height of 17 feet and
impounds a 360 acre-foot reservoir on a terrace above the Columbia River.
