Description This report describes the screening and data review processes and results by which the Air Quality Program identified the toxic air pollutants most likely to pose unreasonable health risks. This report also summarizes results of the USEPA’s 1996 and 1999 National-Scale Toxic air pollutants Assessments (NATA), and of air monitoring of toxic chemicals done in Washington. Lastly, it outlines recommendations based on its findings.
