Description Ecology is seeking comment from the public, local, state and tribal governments, and other interested parties regarding a proposal to construct and operate a privately‐owned, 160‐acre wetland mitigation bank in Vancouver, Washington. The public comment period to evaluate state certification for the
proposed bank starts on December 4, 2008 and ends on January 5, 2009.
