Description The Washington State Department of Ecology plans to enter into an Agreed Order with BNSF Railway Company, Koch Materials LLC, Marathon Oil Company, and SemMaterials, L.P. to conduct a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS) at the site. The site is located at 4327 North Thor Street in the City of Spokane, Spokane County, Washington. Comment period is March 2 through 31, 2008. Public meeting March 11, 2008.
