| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology would like your comments on the proposed settlement with Masco Petroleum Inc. In January of 2008, Ecology fined Masco for not complying with corrosion protection requirements for their underground storage tanks (USTs). Masco appealed the penalty and both parties agreed to resolve the appeal with a settlement. The comment period is May 27 through June 27, 2008. | ||||
