Description The Department of Ecology and Chevron are entering into an Agreed Order (legal agreement) to clean up pollution at the former Chevron Bulk Plant site in Port Townsend. The
Agreed Order will require Chevron to complete a Remedial Investigation to determine the nature and extent of contamination, a Feasibility Study to examine possible cleanup options, and a draft Cleanup Action Plan. Comments will be accepted November 24 through December 31, 2008.
