Description The Washington State Department of Ecology requests your comments on the Site Investigation and Interim Action Documents for the upland area of the 8801 East Marginal Way South Site. This site is located at 8801 East Marginal Way South, in Tukwila,
Washington on the east bank of the Lower Duwamish Waterway. The site includes the upland area and the sediments in the Lower Duwamish Waterway next to the upland area. The upland area is 25 acres covered with paved or concrete surfaces and buildings. The comment period is October 9 through November 7, 2008.
