Description The Department of Ecology proposes to remove Alseth Auto Parts from the state's Hazardous Sites List. Alseth Auto Parts is a 1.5 acre property located at 618 105th Street SW in Everett. Alseth Auto Parts site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program. Ecology has determined the remediation work at the site meets the substantial requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act and therefore does not pose a threat to human health or the environment. Ecology will accept public comments on the proposed removal from the Hazardous Sites List December 19, 2008, through January 20, 2009.
