Description The Department of Ecology is asking for your comments on a draft Public Participation Plan and draft Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study (RI/FS) report for the Scott Paper Mill Site on Puget Sound. The Public Participation Plan outlines how citizens and interested parties can learn about and provide input on this cleanup. The RI/FS report presents the results of an investigation studying contamination. This Site is one of several located on the waterfront that will be studied for cleanup under the state’s Puget Sound Initiative. Comments will be accepted August 29 through September 30, 2008.
