Description

The Washington Department of Ecology and the Port of Tacoma are proposing to enter into an Agreed Order (legal document) to continue work at the Citifor cleanup site in Maytown. Ecology is accepting comments from the public on the Agreed Order and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Non-Significance. The comment period is August 25 through September 25, 2008.
