Description | The Washington Department of Ecology and the Port of Olympia are entering into an Agreed Order. The Port will complete an interim action to remove some contaminated sediments from portions of two of the Port’s shipping berths. This work will also provide a pilot study to examine the effectiveness of dredge methods. Ecology is asking for your comments on the Agreed Order and Interim Action Work Plan.
