Description The Department of Ecology is proposing to remove the Superior Asphalt Beech Street Site, located at 2000 East Beech Street in Yakima, from its Hazardous Sites List. The Hazardous Sites List is a statewide list of contaminated properties. The sites are ranked according to their level of environmental concern, with a rank of “1” being the highest level of environmental concern compared to other sites on the list, and a rank of “5” being the lowest. The Site is currently ranked a “1” on the list. Comments will be accepted October 27 through November 26, 2008.
