Description This memorandum presents improved toxic chemical loading estimates for Puget Sound. These estimates are intended to replace previous loading estimates that were generated for the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies of toxic chemical loadings to Puget Sound via surface runoff.
