Description Since 2004, a coalition of stakeholders including the Department of Ecology (Ecology), Department of Fish & Wildlife, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Bureau), Columbia Basin irrigation districts, and the Colville and Spokane tribes have been investigating the potential for release of additional water from Lake Roosevelt.
