Description | A periodic field inspection of the Beryl Baker Dam and Reservoir (ST55-1324) was performed on September 23, 2004 by the Dam Safety Office’s (DSO) engineers Guy Hoyle-Dodson P.E. and Fenggang Ma, P.E. The purpose of the inspection was to assess the dam’s structural condition, reevaluate the hazard classification of the impoundment, and determine the level of compliance with the DSO rules and regulations. The Beryl Baker Dam and Reservoir (Beryl Baker Dam) impoundment is located in southern Stevens County, 4 miles Northeast of Loon Lake off of US Highway 395. The reservoir and its impoundment are owned and operated by Beryl Baker. The reservoir drains to an unnamed tributary of Dragoon Creek, itself a tributary of the Little Spokane River. |
