Description This report contains the results of an on-site inspection performed on October 17, 2007, and a subsequent safety evaluation of the Parker Reservoir Dam performed by the Dam Safety Office of the Department of Ecology.

Parker Reservoir is located about eleven miles west of Yakima, Washington, in Dakota Draw, a tributary of Cottonwood Canyon Creek. The facility is owned and operated by Mr. Michael Harrison, who lives adjacent to the project. The facility consists of a 24-foot-high earthfill dam and an open channel principal spillway, and there are no emergency spillway and low level outlet conduit at the dam.
