Description Environmental Impact statement for the Lake Roosevelt Incremental Storage Release Project. The project withdraws
additional water from Lake Roosevelt to provide drought relief, improve municipal and
industrial supply, alternatives to ground water use in the Odessa Subarea, and streamflow
enhancement for fish downstream of Grand Coulee Dam.
