Description | This concise explanatory statement provides information on the context and content of two water resource management programs, to be adopted into rule: Chapter 173-527 WAC for the Lewis River basin, water resource inventory area (WRIA) 27. Chapter 173-528 WAC for the Salmon-Washougal River basin, WRIA 28. We include description of our public outreach efforts, and details of all comments made on the draft rules and our responses. Ecology will consider these together with the rule implementation plan, the economic analyses, the environmental analysis under the State Environmental Policy Act, and other supporting documents for decisions on adopting the final rules. |
