Description | The Local Toxics Control Account (LTCA) funds the Coordinated Prevention Grant (CPG) Program. The legislative purpose of the Program is to: - Promote regional solutions and intergovernmental cooperation. -Fund local government projects that prevent or minimize environmental contamination in ways that comply with state solid and hazardous waste laws and rules. -Provide funding assistance for local solid and hazardous waste planning and for carrying out some projects in those plans. |
