| Description | The Washington Department of Ecology invites you to read and comment on the proposed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for Emerald Kalama Chemical (Emerald). Emerald is an organic chemical manufacturing facility located at 1296 Third Street NW, Kalama, WA 98625. The comment period will run from May 20 to June 19, 2009. Please submit written comments on the permit to Ha Tran by 5:00 p.m. on June 19, 2009. |
