Description The public is invited to comment on the draft Engineering Design Report for City Parcel located at 708 North Cook Street, Spokane, Washington. The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing to tear down the building at the City Parcel site and clean up polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) contamination in soil. Work is anticipated to begin at the site after public comment is received, evaluated, and any necessary modifications are made. Public comment period is March 2 through March 31, 2009.
