Description This draft document provides guidance on how to evaluate and respond to the vapor intrusion exposure pathway pursuant to the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) Cleanup Regulation, chapter 173-340 WAC.

REVISION NOTES:
In February 2016, this publication was revised with only one change from the October 2009 version: Table B-1 is outdated and should not be used. A link was provided to the 2015 spreadsheet.

In April 2018, links to the spreadsheet were changed to reflect Ecology's new website. You can access the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing updated screening levels through our webpage at:
