Description The Department of Ecology is asking for your comments on a new proposed agreement to study a site on Puget Sound for cleanup. This Site, Chevron Service Station 9-1122, a.k.a. Hill’s Chevron, is one of several located on the waterfront that will be studied for cleanup under the state’s Puget Sound Initiative. Hill’s Chevron is generally located at 568 Peace Portal Drive on Drayton Harbor, in Blaine, Whatcom County, WA. The property is located near the corner of Peace Portal Drive and G Street, between the Blaine Marina to the west and Interstate 5 to the east. The public is invited to review the Agreed Order and Public Participation Plan and to send comments to Ecology between June 8 through July 8, 2009.
