Description The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) proposes to remove Everett City Bond Street site, from the state’s Hazardous Sites List. The Everett City Bond Street site is located at the Southwest corner of Bond St. and Kromer Ave. in Everett, WA. The site is approximately 1.5 acres and is currently vacant and owned by the City of Everett. The Everett City Bond Street site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program. Ecology has determined that the remediation work of the Everett City Bond Street site meets the substantial requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act and therefore does not pose a threat to human health or the environment. Public comments will be accepted May 22 through June 22, 2009.
