| Description | In 2007, Ecology entered into an Agreed Order with Hardel Mutual Plywood to begin the cleanup of contamination found on their property, located east of West Bay Drive in Olympia. A Remedial Investigation and a supplemental investigation completed in 2009 revealed contamination was migrating towards Budd Inlet. Hardel is proposing to complete an Interim Action (partial cleanup) to remove the source of contamination and to prevent it from reaching Budd Inlet. Ecology is asking for your comments.
