Description The Washington Department of Ecology and the Union Ridge Investment Co. are entering into an Agreed Order to begin investigating contamination found on and around the Park Laundry property at 122 N. Main Ave., Ridgefield, Wa. The Agreed Order requires Union Ridge Investment to complete a Remedial Investigation, a Feasibility Study, and a draft Cleanup Action Plan. Public comments on the agreed order will be accepted September 8 through October 8, 2009.
