Description The Washington State Department of Ecology proposes to remove Ray's Auto Wrecking site, also known as Silver Pines, from the state's Hazardous Sites List. This site is a former auto wrecking yard located in Everett, Washington. The site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Under the VCP, property owners can clean up their own property to meet the requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act with technical and regulatory assistance from Ecology.
