| Description | This Draft Intended Use Plan (Draft IUP) replaces the Draft Intended Use Plan that was issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) on January 15, 2009. It is also an amendment to the Final Intended Use Plan FY 2009 (Publication No. 08-10-034). An amendment to the Final Intended Use Plan FY 2009 is needed because Ecology intends to sign funding agreements (binding commitments) for the State Fiscal Year 2010 funding cycle before the actual start of the state fiscal year, which is July 1, 2009. | ||||||
