Description This is the follow-up implementation plan to the Clarks Creek TMDL Water Quality Improvement Report. The goal of the Clarks Creek Watershed Water Quality Improvement Plan for fecal coliform bacteria is to enable the waters of the basin to meet the state’s water quality standards. This implementation plan lays out an adaptive management approach to ensure the progress and overall success of the work being done in the Clarks Creek watershed.
