Description The Lower Spokane River watershed, often referred to as Water Resources Inventory Area (WRIA) 54, includes about 883 square miles in Spokane, Stevens and Lincoln counties. This publication provides an overview of water resources in WRIA 54: water availability, water quality, watershed planning and Shoreline Master Program. It includes general information on water rights as well as contacts and web sites for more information.
