Description | The Department of Ecology (Ecology) presents this report on reclaimed water, water rights, and impairment issues to the Legislature. In 2006, the Legislature directed Ecology to work with the Department of Health to adopt a rule addressing all aspects of reclaimed water (see Engrossed Substitute House Bill 2884). This report is part of that effort. Ecology is on track for both finalizing the rule and updating existing guidance in 2010. | ||||
