The plan lays out the goals, objectives, and framework for water resource management in Water Resource Inventory Areas (WRIA) 22 and 23. This 2007-2008 DIP contains five strategies for implementing the five WMP goals that will lead to providing sufficient water for agriculture, commercial, industrial, and residential as well as meeting minimum instream flows.
