| Description | This technical document describes the approach taken to assess one watershed process, the movement of water in the Puget Sound, as part of the Puget Sound Characterization Project. Subsequent assessments for fish and wildlife have also been completed. Together the information constitutes a relatively complete watershed characterization. Planners can use the complete characterization results to help minimize negative environmental impacts from changes in land uses. See Web page linked below for more information. | ||||
