Description These guidelines are intended to assist local governments with developing and updating local hazardous waste management plans. Ecology believes using these guidelines will improve plan quality and expedite the review of draft plans. The guidelines supersede the 1994 planning guidelines (WDOE 93-99) and the 1992 implementation guidelines (WDOE 92-014).
