| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology invites you to comment on Boise White Paper L.L.C., Wallula’s proposed Air Operating Permit. The permit compiles existing requirements the mill must comply with. It is renewed every five years. We are accepting public comment from January 26 through February 25, 2010. Citizens can request a public hearing to ask questions and submit verbal comments on this permit. | ||||
