Description | Ecology is proposing to remove the Sunnyslope Elementary School and Orchard Middle School sites from the Hazardous Sites List. The Sunnyslope Site is currently ranked a “5” on the list and the Orchard Site is ranked a “3”. Sites can be ranked from “1” to “5.” A rank of “1” is the highest level of environmental concern compared to other sites on the list, and a rank of “5” is the lowest. The Sites are located on former orchard property in Wenatchee, Washington, and were subject to historical pesticide applications. Public comments will be accepted January 13 through February 12, 2010. Related Web Content: https://fortress.wa.gov/ecy/gsp/Sitepage.aspx?csid=3735 |
