| Description | The Department of Ecology is asking for your comments on a new proposed agreement to study a site on Puget Sound for cleanup. This Site, TC Systems, Inc., is one of several located on the waterfront that will be studied for cleanup under the state’s Puget Sound Initiative. TC Systems, Inc. is generally located between 10th and 11th Streets off West Marine View Drive on Port Gardner Bay, in Everett, Snohomish County, WA. You are invited to review the Agreed Order and Public Participation Plan. Comments will be accepted June 30 through August 2, 2010.
