| Description | On March 25, 2010, the Department of Ecology signed an Agreed Order with Rayonier Properties LLC. The agreement requires Rayonier to plan cleanup of the Study Area - a 1,400 acre portion of the site. A public comment period ran February - March 5, but Ecology waited to sign the Agreed Order until public comments were reviewed and addressed. The signature date now starts the clock on Rayonier's work. | ||||
