Description | The Washington Department of Ecology and Texaco Downstream Properties Inc. (TDPI) are entering into an Agreed Order to continue investigation and cleanup of the Cowlitz BP site in Toledo. Ecology is requiring TDPI to complete a Feasibiity Study, an Interim Action, a draft Cleanup Action Plan and continue groundwater monitoring at the site.
