Description The Washington State Department of Ecology plans to remove the Matthews Property cleanup site from the Hazardous Sites List. This site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Under the VCP property owners can clean up their own property to meet the requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act with technical assistance from Ecology. The site is at 916 2nd Ave NW, Puyallup, WA. Public comments will be accepted March 15 through April 15, 2010.
