Description | The Washington Department of Ecology and Texaco Downstream Properties Inc. entered into an agreed order to continue investigation and cleanup of the Cowlitz BP site (Toledo, WA) in January 2010. As part of the agreement, the company will conduct an interim action which includes removal and disposal of contaminated soil from two former underground storage tank locations.
