Description The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide information about the planned cleanup of a former tank farm site at the Port of Seattle’s Terminal 91. This site is located at 2001 West Garfield Street, Seattle, WA. Ecology wants your input on the RCRA Permit with Draft Agreed Order, Draft Public Participation Plan, Draft Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Study (FS) Reports. Public comments will be accepted February 12 - March 29, 2010.
