Description This fact sheet prepared by the Department of Ecology is to provide you with information about the ConocoPhillips Renton Terminal site. The site is generally located at 2423 Lind Avenue Southwest in Renton, WA. The site contains an active petroleum storage and handling facility. Ground water and soil beneath the site is contaminated with petroleum product from separate releases in the past. The Agreed Order, Interim Action, and SEPA Determination are available for public review and comment. Comments will be accepted June 18 through July 19, 2010.
