Description The Washington State Department of Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide you with information on interim remedial actions planned for this summer at three cleanup sites in downtown Bothell. Documents supporting the interim actions under the Model Toxics Control Act are available for public review and comment. The documents consist of three Agreed Order Amendments, Interim Action Work Plans, and State Environmental Policy Act Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for these sites: Bothell Landing (18120, 18126, 18132 Bothell Way NE, 10001 Woodinville DR, Bothell, WA), Bothell Riverside (NE 180th St & Woodinville DR, Bothell, WA), Bothell Paint & Decorating (18004 Bothell Way NE., Bothell, WA). You are invited to review the cleanup documents and send your comments to Ecology for consideration. Comments will be accepted May 7 through June 7, 2010.
