| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) wants to remove the Unocal Mt Vernon Bulk Fuel also known as Unocal Bulk Plant 0826 site (site) from the Hazardous Sites List. The Site is located at 620 College Way, Mount Vernon, WA. The Unocal Mt Vernon Bulk Fuel site was cleaned up under the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Under the VCP, property owners clean up their own property to meet the requirements of the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA). Public comments will be accepted until June 28, 2010.
